Fravel Law LLC was established in 2024 after I left my previous firm in Columbus, Ohio to relocate to Florida. I have 9 years of experience in all things real estate. I have worked closely with realtors, lenders, buyer, sellers, and investors to help them achieve their goals and grow their real estate portfolios.

I am currently in house legal counsel for Search2Close of Columbus Limited LLC working out of their Clearwater Florida location. With Search2Close I assist with any and all legal issues that can arise during the closing process.
